Krista Lasko currently teaches English Language Arts to 5th & 6th graders with RFSO. All links and assignments will be posted in Schoology, also check out our Virtual Classroom! Previously, she taught Spanish as a World Language, English to Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Students, and facilitated a 6th-grade CREW at CMS. When she first came to the district 16 years ago, she was a Dual Language Kindergarten teacher at Basalt Elementary, as well as a Spanish Enrichment Teacher for kindergarten through 4th grade. She considers herself a lifelong learner; intertwined with this are the benefits of bilingualism. Students need positive relationships, opportunities to be successful in multiple languages, and hard work to develop into successful community members. On a personal note, she enjoys being outside in our beautiful valley with her husband and two boys.
