RECIPIENT OF
THE 2010 GOVERNOR'S DISTINGUISHED SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT AWARD

  • Principal's Message
Welcome to Carbondale Middle School.  It is our pleasure to work with the finest students and staff in the Roaring Fork Valley.  The staff work hard to develop creative and challenging activities that students need to prepare for young adulthood.
Middle school life is a unique transition time for students and their families.  Young people experience different social, emotional and physical needs and have changing interests as they begin to explore the world around them more fully.  Out staff is here to help you through these challenging times.
Our school has much to offer its students and provides many opportunities for everyone to be all that they can be.  We have high expectations for students' behavior and academic achievement and will do whatever it takes to help them be successful!   We have an open door policy so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask any of your teachers, the counselor, or the principals for help.  Once again, welcome to Carbondale Middle School, the home of Team Wolverine
